Deep ruby red in colour, a winy scent, a light herbaceous taste and a soft fruity flavour. Its bouquet is rich in perfumes. It accompanies well with all kinds of meat, with roast and braised meat.
Uncork 15 minutes before and serve it at 18/20°C.
